FBI: Most Wanted is an American c–me action drama television series created by René Balcer and produced by Wolf Entertainment. It is the first spin-off from Dick Wolf’s drama FBI, in whose first season the characters of the series were introduced. FBI: Most Wanted premiered on CBS on January 7, 2020. It was renewed by CBS through to a fifth season, which premiered on February 13, 2024.
The series centers on the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force, an elite unit that relentlessly pursues and captures the notorious c–inals on the Bureau’s Most Wanted list. The task force was originally headed by Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix (Julian McMahon), who was fatally shot by a fugitive in the second half of Season 3. He is succeeded by the charming but formidable Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott) – as team leader.
