Road House 2024
Road House is an American action thriller film directed by Doug Liman (Swingers, Go, The Bourne Identity, Jumper, Mr & Mrs Smith, Fair Game, Edge of Tomorrow, American Made, Chaos Walking). The screenplay is written by Anthony Bagarozzi and Chuck Mondry, from a story by Bagarozzi, Mondry, and R. Lance Hill. It is based on the 1989 film of the same name written by Hill and Hilary Henkin. Road House is set to be released by Amazon via streaming on Prime Video on March 21, 2024.
The adrenaline-fueled reimagining of the 80s cult classic movie is produced by Joel Silver, who also produced the original Road House film. It had its world premiere on March 8, 2024, at South by Southwest as the opening night film. Road House stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Conor McGregor, Daniela Melchior, Jessica Williams, Lukas Gage, Billy Magnussen, and J.D. Pardo.
