Prey, aka Kalahari, is an American action thriller film written and directed by Mukunda Michael Dewil (Retribution, Vehicle 19, The Immaculate Room, Collide, The Drive-Thru Crematorium). It is set to be released by Vertical Entertainment in select US theaters and on VOD on March 15, 2024.

Prey tells the story of a young couple forced to flee their Christian missionary post in the Kalahari Desert after an extremist militant group threatens their lives. Granted passage aboard a rickety plane piloted by a corrupt smuggler, their escape to safety is nearly in reach. But when their aircraft loses power and crash lands, the group of passengers find themselves stranded in the middle of an animal preserve populated by hungry man-eaters. Injured and frightened, they must fight for survival from both man and beast where only the strong will survive.
