Saw X 2023
Saw X is an American horror film directed by Kevin Greutert and written by Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg. It is the tenth installment overall in the Saw film series and serves as both a direct sequel to Saw (2004) and prequel to Saw II (2005). The film stars Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith, Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, Michael Beach and Renata Vaca.
Set between the events of Saw and Saw II, a sick and desperate John Kramer travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous se—l ki—r returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged and ingenious traps.
