The movie follows Constance Bailey, a no-nonsense detective who prefers to work alone. When a high-profile CEO is m—-red on the eve of his company’s corporate event in Malta – a high stakes ballroom competition between senior executives – Detective Bailey is sent undercover as one of the contestants. The only problem? She can’t dance. To convincingly compete, she must team up with charismatic and free-spirited performer Sebastian Moore. But with a k—er on the loose and a growing list of suspects, it’s going to take more than a little fancy footwork to solve this case.
American actress, voice actress, and singer Lacey Chabert (age 40) portrays Detective Constance Bailey. Chabert gained fame as a child actress for her role as Claudia Salinger in the television series Party of Five (1994-2000). Her film credits include Lost in Space, Not Another Teen Movie, Daddy Day Care, Mean Girls, Dirty Deeds and Black Christmas. She starred in numerous Hallmark movies including A Christmas Melody, A Royal Christmas, A Wish for Christmas, My Secret Valentine, “Pride, Prejudice and Mistletoe,” Christmas in Rome, The Sweetest Christmas, and Haul Out the Holly, among others. She also co-starred with Brennan Elliott in three movies for the Hallmark film series All of My Heart, and five movies for the Crossword Mysteries film series.
English actor and dancer Will Kemp (age 45) plays the role of Sebastian Moore. His film credits include Mindhunters, Van Helsing, Brothers of the Head, Miguel y William, Step Up 2: The Streets, The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power, and Slumber. He has appeared in several TV series like 90210, The Great Fire, Reign, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce, and Spinning Out. He starred in the Hallmark original movies “Love, Romance, & Chocolates”, Royal Matchmaker, Christmas Waltz, and Jolly Good Christmas.
