The Rookie Season 5 Episode 11
The Rookie is an American c–me drama television series created for ABC by Alexi Hawley and produced by ABC Studios and Entertainment One. The series premiered on October 16, 2018 and was renewed by ABC through to the fifth season, which premiered on September 25, 2022.
The series follows John Nolan (Nathan Fillion), a man in his forties, who becomes the oldest rookie at the Los Angeles Police Department. It is based on real-life LAPD officer William Norcross, who joined the department in his mid-40s.
The Rookie has an FBI spin-off titled The Rookie: Feds starring Niecy Nash as Simone Clark, a character introduced in a two-episode backdoor pilot during the fourth season.
