FBI: Most Wanted is an American c–me action drama TV series created by René Balcer that premiered on CBS on January 7, 2020. It is a spin-off from Dick Wolf’s drama FBI, in whose first season the characters of the series were introduced. In May 2022, it was renewed for a fourth and fifth season. The fourth season premiered on September 20, 2022 on CBS.
The series focus on the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force which is tasked with tracking and capturing the most notorious c—-nals on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. The task force was headed by Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix, a c—-nal profiler and expert tracker. LaCroix,portrayed by Julian McMahon, is fatally shot by a fugitive in the second half of Season 3. He is succeeded by Special Agent Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott) – as team leader.
