Walker is an American action c—e drama television developed by Anna Fricke for The CW. The series is a reboot of the 1993-2001 television series “Walker, Texas Ranger”. It premiered on January 20, 2021. Walker was renewed through to the third season, which premiered on October 6, 2022.
The series is executive produced by Anna Fricke, Dan Lin, Lindsay Liberatore, Jared Padalecki, and Jessica Yu. Walker centers on Cordell Walker (played by Jared Padalecki), a widower and father of two with his own moral code. He returns home to Austin after being undercover for two years. Walker will attempt to reconnect with his son (Kale Culley) and his teenaged daughter (Violet Brinson) and also navigate clashes with his family.
