Fire Country Season 1 Episode 2
Fire Country, formerly known as Cal Fire, is an American television drama series created by Max Thieriot, Tony Phelan and Joan Rater, based on Thieriot’s experiences growing up in Northern California fire country. It is scheduled to premiere on October 7, 2022 on CBS.
The series follows Bode Donovan (Max Thieriot), a young convict seeking redemption and a shortened prison sentence by joining an unconventional prison release firefighting program in Northern California, where he and other inmates are partnered with elite firefighters to extinguish massive, unpredictable wildfires across the region. He ends up getting assigned in his rural hometown, where he was once a golden all-American son until his troubles began.
