Control tells the story of Eileen, a mother who is locked inside a stark room and tasked by an unknown voice to complete increasingly difficult challenges if she wants to save her daughter’s life. Startattle.com – Control 2022.
As the frequency and intensity of the tasks threaten to overwhelm her, Eileen must piece together half-remembered chapters of her life before imprisonment if she wants to secure her freedom, rescue her child, and escape this waking nightmare. Her only clue is Roger, the man imprisoned alongside her and claiming to be her husband. Thrust into a reluctant partnership, the two must work together to save Eileen’s daughter. However, nothing is truly as it seems, and very quickly, a much greater plot is unveiled – with Eileen at the centre.

Control is directed by filmmaker James Mark (Kill Order, On the Ropes, Enhanced), from a screenplay he co-wrote with Matthew Nayman. It is scheduled to be released by Saban Films in select US theaters on September 23, 2022, then on VOD on September 27, 2021.
