The seventeenth season of the American talent show competition series America’s Got Talent premiered on NBC on May 31, 2022. The entire main cast from the previous season returned for the new season. Singer Nightbirde was ranked the favorite Golden Buzzer moment (No. 1) in AGT history, in a special retrospective episode.
Since July 2021, America’s Got Talent has run for a total of sixteen seasons, and has spawned two spin-off competitions: America’s Got Talent: The Champions, which premiered in January 2019, and AGT: Extreme, which premiered in February 2022.
“Higher Love” is a 1986 song by English singer Steve Winwood. It was the first single released from his fourth solo LP, Back in the High Life (1986). It was written by Winwood and Will Jennings and produced by Russ Titelman and Winwood. The female vocals on the song were performed by Chaka Khan, who also appeared in the music video.
