Dead End: Paranormal Park is a British-American animated fantasy horror comedy streaming television series created by Hamish Steele, which is based on the graphic novels series DeadEndia by Steele and Cartoon Hangover’s Too Cool! Cartoons web short Dead End. It is scheduled to premiere June 16, 2022 on Netflix.
The series follows the story of Barney and Norma, who work at a theme-park haunted house during the summer which might be a portal to hell. They are joined by Pugsley and Courtney as they face zombies, game show hosts, witches, and crushes.
Series Creator Hamish Steele noted the importance of trans representation in Dead End: Paranormal Park, which features queer and trans characters. He hoped it took a stance against transphobia in the UK, and said there are multiple trans cast and crew.
