A Time to Dance is a Hallmark romance drama movie directed by Mike Rohl. The teleplay is written by John Wierick based on the novel by Karen Kingsbury. Rohl is best known for directing Netflix’s The Princess Switch and its sequels, and episodes of several television shows including First Wave, The Outer Limits, 1-800-Missing, The De-d Zone, Smallville, Supernatural, Eureka, Chesapeake Shores, and When Calls the Heart. Rohl also directed the Hallmark original movies Summer of Dreams, Love at First Bark, Miss Christmas, Royal Matchmaker, When Calls the Heart: Home for Christmas, and Wedding March 5: My Boyfriend’s Back.
