The Flight Attendant is an American black comedy drama mystery thriller television series developed by Steve Yockey based on the 2018 novel of the same name by Chris Bohjalian. It premiered on HBO Max on November 26, 2020. In December 2020, the series was renewed for a second season which is scheduled to premiere on April 21, 2022.
The series stars Kaley Cuoco in the title role of American flight attendant Cassie Bowden, a reckless al–holic who got involved in a m–der investigation. At the end of Season 1, Cassie vows to remain sober to Davey and Annie, while Shane tells her that the CIA is interested in her becoming a human asset.
