See for Me tells the story of Sophie, a visually impaired teenager who is housesitting for a wealthy client when three criminals break into the house to rob it. Sophie’s only defense is a smartphone app called See for Me which connects her to Kelly (Jessica Parker Kennedy), a gamer who has to use the app to see Sophie’s surroundings, guide her actions, and help Sophie defend herself against the invaders and survive.
This thriller is produced by Matt Code and Kristy Neville. See for Me had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 10, 2021. The film is scheduled to be released by IFC Films in select US theaters and on VOD on January 7, 2022.
