FBI: Most Wanted is an American c—e action drama TV series created by René Balcer that premiered on CBS on January 7, 2020. It is a spin-off from Dick Wolf’s drama FBI, in whose first season the characters of the series were introduced. In May 2020, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on November 17, 2020, and for a third season, which premiered on September 21, 2021.
The series is focused on the FBI division tasked with tracking and capturing the most notorious c—-nals on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. The task force is headed by Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix, a criminal profiler and expert tracker. The team originally consists of ex-NYPD detective Special Agent Sheryl Barnes, a behavioral psychologist and the second in command; Army veteran Special Agent Kenny Crosby, a computer whiz; Special Agent Hana Gibson, intelligence analyst and a master at data mining and social engineering; and Special Agent Clinton Skye, a highly trained sniper with a law degree. In season 2, Skye is replaced by Special Agent Ivan Ortiz, a former LAPD gang officer. At the start of season 3, Crosby is put on medical leave after being wounded and is replaced by Special Agent Kristin Gaines, a rising star from the FBI’s Miami office.
