Walker Season 1 finale
Walker is an American television series airing on The CW. It is written and executive produced by Anna Fricke, Dan Lin, Lindsay Liberatore, Jared Padalecki and Jessica Yu. The series is a reboot of the 1993-2001 television series “Walker, Texas Ranger” and premiered on January 21, 2021. In February 2021, the series was renewed for a second season.
Jared Padalecki stars as Cordell Walker, a widower and father of two with his own moral code. He returns home to Austin after being undercover for two years, only to discover there’s harder work to be done at home. Walker will attempt to reconnect with his son (Kale Culley) and his headstrong, somewhat rebellious teenaged daughter (Violet Brinson). He will also navigate clashes with his family – an ADA brother (Keegan Allen) who stepped in during Walker’s absence, his mother (Molly Hagen) and his father (Mitch Pileggi). Walker will find common ground with his new partner (played by Lindsey Morgan), while growing increasingly suspicious about the circumstances surrounding his wife’s death.
