Ron’s Gone Wrong tells the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler and Ron, his new walking, digitally-connected device, which is supposed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions launch them into a journey in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship. This computer-animated science fiction comedy film is directed by Jean-Philippe Vine (Shaun The Sheep TV series director) and Sarah Smith (Arthur Christmas director), co-directed by Octavio Rodriguez (The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants TV series), and written by Peter Baynham and Sarah Smith. Zach Galifianakis voices Ron, Jack Dylan Grazer is Barney, and Olivia Colman is Donka. The voice cast also includes Ed Helms, Justice Smith, and Rob Delaney.
