Nightbirde’s reaction to Simon’s comment about her authenticity and the way she just told everyone what she’s going through is now being quoted by a lot of people online. She told Simon, “You can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore before you decide to be happy.” And Simon became more emotional after that. Just before her video clip ended, AGT highlighted Nightbirde’s charming positivity. In her interview, she said, “I have a 2% chance of survival, but 2% is not zero percent. 2% is something, and I wish people knew how amazing it is.”
