Last Night in Soho follows Eloise (Thomasin McKenzie), a young girl who is passionate about fashion design and who also has a strange sixth sense. She finds herself mysteriously transported back in time to 1966 London, where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer named Sandy (Anya Taylor-Joy).
