Edge of the World charts the true story of Sir James Brooke, the English adventurer who fought pirates and slavery to rule a kingdom larger than England in the jungles of Sarawak, Borneo. Brooke’s story partly inspired Rudyard Kipling’s novella ‘The Man Who Would Be King’ and Joseph Conrad’s novel ‘Lord Jim’. Startattle.com – Edge of the World 2021.

Edge of the World 2021
Edge of the World, which was once known as White Rajah, is produced by Josie Ho, Conroy Chi-Chung Chan, and Rob Allyn. Signature Entertainment will release the film in the UK on VOD on June 21, 2021 and in select US theaters on June 4, 2021.
The movie was filmed in Sarawak, Borneo with support from the Sarawak Tourism Board and Malaysia’s Federal FIMI film rebate.
