It stars Sarah Gadon, Chris Redd, The Kid Mero, Method Man, Shea Whigham, Vladimir Caamaño, Jaden Michael, Gregory Diaz IV, Gerald W. Jones III and Coco Jones.
This American comedy horror film is directed by Osmany Rodriguez, a veteran director of Saturday Night Live and of short films, tv series, and videos. It is written by Rodriguez and Blaise Hemingway.

The film was announced in August 2018, when Broadway Video and Caviar had already begun production.
In September 2020, Netflix acquired distribution rights to Vampires vs. the Bronx. It is scheduled to be released on October 2, 2020 exclusively on Netflix.
