Jiu Jitsu is a 2020 American martial arts fantasy action film directed by Dimitri Logothetis (Pretty Smart, Slaughterhouse Rock, Wings of the Dragon, Kickboxer: Retaliation). Its screenplay was co-written by Logothetis with James McGrath, based on their 2017 comic book of the same name. The film stars Alain Moussi, Frank Grillo, JuJu Chan, Tony Jaa, and Nicolas Cage.

Every six years, an ancient order of expert Jiu Jitsu fighters faces a fearsome alien invader in a battle for Earth. When war hero and master Jiu Jitsu fighter Jake Barnes (Alain Moussi) refuses to face Brax (Ryan Tarran), the leader of the invaders, the future of humanity hangs in the balance. Injured and suffering from amnesia, Jake is captured by a military squad and is rescued by Wylie (Nicolas Cage) and a team of fellow Jiu Jitsu fighters. They help him recover his memory and regain his strength for a battle that will once again determine the fate of mankind.
In March 2019, it was announced that Nicolas Cage and Alain Moussi were cast in Jiu Jitsu. Filming took place in Cyprus in June 2019.
Jiu Jitsu will be released in select theaters and on VOD on November 20, 2020.
