Ruby W, Ruby J and Isla from Team Paloma Faith performed “Answerphone” by Banx & Ranx and Ella Eyre in round 1 of The Battles on The Voice Kids UK 2020 (Series 4).
“Answerphone” is a song recorded by Banx & Ranx and Ella Eyre, featuring English rapper Yxng Bane. The song was released in March 2018 and reached number five on the UK Singles Chart in May 2018.
Isla won the Battle and advanced to the Semi-final. Ruby W, Ruby J were eliminated from the competition.

The Voice Kids (British series 4) – The Voice Kids UK is a British TV music competition to find new singing talent. The fourth series premiered on July 11, 2020, and will be broadcast on a weekly basis on ITV. As with the previous three series, it will be hosted by Emma Willis.
Danny Jones, Pixie Lott and will.i.am return as coaches, but Jessie J has been replaced by Paloma Faith, who was also previously a coach on the adult version of the show.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the pre-recorded episodes – featuring the auditions and battle rounds – were filmed a few weeks before the nationwide lockdown in March 2020. On August 7, 2020, it was announced that the final will be prerecorded on August 22 and broadcast a week later on August 29, 2020 with a virtual audience with households invited to apply to watch the episode and vote for their winner.
The winner of The Voice Kids 2020 (Series 4) will receive £30,000 and a family trip to Universal Orlando Resort, Florida. Because of the coronavirus, the trip will most likely be postponed.
