When Seattle interior designer Lily Summers (Morgan Kohan) returns to her hometown to help her Aunt Maggie (Brenda Matthews) run her bed and breakfast by the marina, she meets Marcus (Marcus Rosner), the handsome seaplane pilot whose life’s work delivering rescue dogs helps Lily discover that home really is where the heart is.

Canadian actress Morgan Kohan plays the role of Lily Summers. Her film credits include The Marijuana Chronicles, Jade’s Asylum and the upcoming quirky comedy, Kitty Mammas set for release in 2020. On TV, Kohan is best known for her role as “Lillian Walsh” in the Hallmark original series, When Hope Calls, which launched their streaming service and quickly became a fan and ratings favorite. Kohan also starrred in Hallmark Channel’s, “When Calls the Heart: The Greatest Christmas Blessing”, “Creeped Out” (Netflix), “Star Trek Discovery” (CBS), “The Bold Type” (Freeform), “Kim’s Convenience” (Netflix) and CBS’s “Ransom.”
Marcus Rosner portrays Marcus in Love on Harbor Island, opposite Morgan Kohan. Marcus has appeared on SYFY’s “Continuum”, The CW’s “Arrow”, and “Supernatural”, and ABC’s “Mistresses”. He also had recurring roles on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time”, Hallmark Channels “When Calls The Heart”, and Bravo’s “Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce” as well as in the third season of Lifetime’s dark comedy-drama series “UnREAL”.
