Judges Comments:
Derek Hough said Jake & Chau did an incredible job and described their routine as beautiful, interesting and innovative. He noted their awesome transitions and lifts and compared some moves to Mexican wrestling. Derek said both Jake and Chau are strong dancers.
Guest Stephen “tWitch” Boss said he would have loved to see more side-by-side since both are strong dancers.
Jennifer Lopez agreed with tWitch and said the rest of the performance was so impressive. She loved that the performance pushed the boundaries and edges.
Ne-yo noticed a little off-timing and a little mishap. He said he had to notice those things in the judging because a million dollars is at stake in the competition. But Ne-yo said that Jake & Chau did a great job.
