Toneisha Harris (age 44) from Georgia performed “Faithfully” by Journey during the Finale Performances on The Voice 2020 (Season 18).
Kelly Clarkson said that there are tones in Toneisha’s voice that reminds her of Chaka Khan, which is one of her favorite singers on the planet. “It’s just so effortless in you, and your runs are effortless…I mean, she’s one of the greatest singers ever, so that’s a big complement ever. I don’t know if you’re a fan but I love your voice,” she said. Kelly also said Toneisha intrigues her because, with a lot of people she can always predict where they’re going to vocally, but not with Toneisha. “I don’t know where you’re going, and I am so there for it,” she told Toneisha.
Coach Blake Shelton commented, “We have a nice little finale going here and as only you can do, you’ve taken it now and turned it upside down and completely changed the game. Congratulations. You literally had the best performance of the entire season that we’ve had, and that’s saying something.”

Toneisha Harris Performs Journey’s “Faithfully” – The Voice Finale Performances 2020
“Faithfully” is Journey’s second single from their album Frontiers. It peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is one of the band’s most recognizable hits.
The Voice 2020 is now down to its Top 5 contestants or finalists, namely CammWess, Toneisha Harris, Thunderstorm Artis, Todd Tilghman, and Micah Iverson. The Live Finale Top 5 Results will be aired at 9PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.
Season 18 of The Voice premiered at 8PM on February 24, 2020 on NBC and aired Mondays at 8 PM. John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton returned as coaches for their third, fifth and eighteenth seasons, respectively. Nick Jonas joined the panel as a new coach, replacing Gwen Stefani. Meanwhile, Carson Daly returned for his eighteenth season as host.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, production has done some adjustments. For the first time ever, there will only be three weeks of Live Shows: the Playoffs, the Semi-Final, and the Finale.
The three weeks of live shows will also air as lives done at each contestant’s and coach’s home.
As to the voting system, the television audience voted to save their favorite artists and artists who receive the fewest votes became eligible for the “Instant Save”. America then saved their favorite performer by voting on “The Voice” app (available on iOS and Android) or NBC.com. The artists with the fewest number of votes were “sent home” or eliminated each week.
