A single mother (Caren Pistorius) begins to be stalked and tormented by a stranger (Russell Crowe) following a road rage confrontation at a red light.
Filming for the film took place in summer 2019 in Kenner and New Orleans, Louisiana, wrapping in August.
Originally scheduled to be released on September 4, 2020, the film was moved up to July 1, 2020, in order to “likely be the first to test the waters as theaters try to rebound” from the COVID-19 pandemic. The film’s release date was later pushed back to July 10, then to July 31, and eventually to August 21, 2020.
