Da 5 Bloods is an upcoming American war adventure comedy drama film directed by Spike Lee who co-produced the film with Jon Kilik, Beatriz Levin and Lloyd Levin according to a screenplay written by Lee, Danny Bilson, Paul De Meo and Kevin Willmott. It stars Delroy Lindo, Clarke Peters, Norm Lewis, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Chadwick Boseman, Jonathan Majors and Jasper Pääkkönen.
The film follows four African-American veterans which return to Vietnam in search of their fallen squad leader’s remains as well as the buried treasure they found during the Vietnam War as they battle forces of mankind and nature with confronting the ravages of the war.
