During the first hour of the two-hour season finale of ABC’s “The Baker and the Beauty,” Daniel (Victor Rasuk) and Noa (Nathalie Kelley) reconnect after a falling out, but Daniel’s desire to have a normal life keeps coming between them.
Meanwhile, Natalie (Nathalie Kelley) hopes her Quinceañera celebration can mend the growing rift between Rafael (Carlos Gomez) and Mari ( Lisa Vidal) and reunite the entire family.
In the second hour, Noa makes a seemingly erratic decision about her career as Daniel is approached about an opportunity that would force him to step away from the family business. Back at home, Rafael and Mari discuss the bakery’s legacy as they are faced with a life-altering decision.

The Baker and the Beauty is an American romantic musical comedy-drama TV series developed by Dean Georgaris that premiered on ABC on April 13, 2020. The series is an adaptation of the Israeli romcom series Beauty and the Baker, one of the highest-rated scripted series ever in Israel.
In February 2019, it was announced that Carlos Gomez, Lisa Vidal and Dan Bucatinsky had been cast in the pilot’s lead roles. The following month, it was reported that Nathalie Kelley, Victor Rasuk, Michelle Veintimilla and David Del Rio had joined the cast of The Baker and The Beauty.
The pilot was filmed in Atlanta while the rest of the series was filmed in Puerto Rico.
The American version is developed and executive produced by Dean Georgaris, Becky Hartman Edwards, David Frankel, Avi Nir, Alon Shtruzman, Peter Traugott, Rachel Kaplan, Assi Azar, and Elad Kuperman for Universal Television.
In November 2018, it was announced that an adaptation of the series was being developed by Dean Georgaris and David Frankel through Keshet Studios and Universal Television for ABC. In January 2019 ABC ordered the adaptation to pilot and by May 11, 2019, ABC green-lighted the series. On January 8, 2020, it was reported that The Baker and the Beauty was set to premiere on April 6, 2020, but was later moved to April 13, 2020.
