But Banana lost and had to face Kitty in the Smackdown, performing “Brick House” by Commodores against Kitty singing “Unstoppable” by Sia.

Banana was unmasked for the night as he was eliminated from the competition. The Masked Singer judges/panelists Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger, and guest panelist Sharon Osbourne weren’t surprised at all. Osbourne guessed it right and convinced most of the judges, except Ken Jeong, as to who she thinks Banana is. Most of The Masked Singer fans online nailed it, too.

Bret Michaels (age 57), gained fame as the lead singer of the rock band Poison who have sold over 40 million records worldwide, 15 million records in the United States alone. He has also appeared in several movies and TV shows, including Nashville Star, Rock of Love with Bret Michaels, Celebrity Apprentice 3, and Bret Michaels Life As I Know It.
The clues to Bret Michaels’ identity were given clarity during the show. The blowfish, viper and bug spray are all hints to his rock band, Poison. Banana partying on a bus hints to Bret’s popularity reality show, “Rock of Love Bus.” The blue collar is a clue to his line of pet accessories. The “scrappy” mention hints to his upcoming book, “Auto-scrap-ography,” a collection of stories and photos from his life and career.
Bret said he joined The Masked Singer because he loves the show and his kids also love it. “I want this to go on forever. Like it’s such an upbeat, positive party. The world needs it right now.”
In the interview after his unmasking, Bret said, “This show was one of the best times of my life. I loved every second of it.” He said, it’s unbelievable when one is completely anonymous and he loved it.
Bret, who’s a diabetic since he was six years old, said he never let adversity get him down. Whenever he gets out onstage as Banana, he channels energy and have fun. He also writes some of the lyrics on his gloves to spark his memory, since he often forgets the lyrics. He revealed that sometimes he just wings it because there’s no sound in his headset or he can’t see where he’s going.
