Outback tells the terrifying tale of a young American couple lost in the wilderness and fighting for survival.
Wade (Taylor Wiese) and Lisa (Lauren Lofberg) head to Australia hoping to recharge their failing romance. When their GPS fails, they leave their car and head off on foot to find a new route. As night falls, they must spend the night in the bush without food, water, or weapons, surrounded by snakes, scorpions, and wild dogs. Now, one decision could mean the difference between life and certain death.

Outback is written and directed by Australian filmmaker Mike Green, making his feature directorial debut. The screenplay was also written by Green, together with Brien Kelly. The movie is produced by Mike Green and Julie Kneebone.
Sydney-based actress Lauren Lofberg portrays Lisa in the movie. Lofberg appeared in the ABC TV mini-series, Friday on My Mind. She also appeared in the short films Sheltered and Affair and in the web series Back in the Game and Academy. Her film credits also include Sunkesari and Broken.
Lionsgate will release Outback direct to DVD and VOD on June 9, 2020.
