After the sudden death of her husband, city-girl Libby (Leslie Bibb) is out of options. A job on her estranged Aunt’s goat farm isn’t ideal, but as Libby gets to know the residents of the small town, including a gruff farm manager (Josh Duhamel) with a tragic past, she starts to love the country life.

American actress and model Leslie Bibb (age 45) portrays Libby in the movie. Bibb first appearing on TV in 1996 with minor roles in a few series, while first appearing on film in 1997 with a small role in Private Parts. She became known for her recurring role in The Big Easy (1997) then on the dramedy series Popular. She received a Teen Choice Award for Television Choice Actress for the role. Bibb also appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Christine Everhart in the films Iron Man and Iron Man 2.
Josh Duhamel (age 47) plays opposite Leslie Bibb as farm manager James O’Connor. Duhamel portrayed Leo du Pres on the ABC daytime soap opera All My Children and later starred as Danny McCoy on NBC’s Las Vegas. His film credits include the four Transformers films, most recently in the fifth entry, Transformers: The Last Knight (2017), When in Rome (2010), Life as We Know It (2010), New Year’s Eve (2011), Safe Haven (2013), You’re Not You (2014) and Love, Simon (2018).
