“Bossa Nova Baby” is a song written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller and was first recorded and released by Tippie and the Clovers in 1962. In January 1963, Elvis Presley recorded the song at Radio Recorders in Hollywood, California, as part of the soundtrack of the 1963 motion picture Fun in Acapulco. The song peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 pop chart and number 20 on the Billboard R&B Singles chart in 1963.
Taco was voted “Safe” by the audience and advanced to the next round of The Masked Singer.
