Child opera singer Emanne Beasha (age 10) performed an incredible version of ‘La Mamma Morta’ on America’s Got Talent 2019 Finals (Season 14).
‘La Mamma Morta’ which translates to ‘They Killed My Mother’ is a soprano aria from act 3 of the 1896 opera Andrea Chénier by Umberto Giordano.
Emanne Beasha, who’s the Golden Buzzer act of guest judge Jay Leno and also the winner of Arabs Got Talent 2017, wowed everyone with her stunning performance and got a well-deserved standing ovation.
Julianne said Emanne took everyone to another planet. She said, “That was otherworldly. We’ve said it a thousand times that you are an angel and you’re perfect. You’re literally perfect. The stars are aligned for you right now, own it.”
Simon commented, “Emanne, this is like when I used to watch the Olympics and you’d see these young kids do these gymnastics which I haven’t got a bloody clue what it’s all about, other than you sit there and go -‘That talent is extraordinary!’ I’ve never heard the song before, doesn’t matter, you have the most incredible, incredible voice. And my God do you deserve to be here tonight.”
Howie Mandel said that Emanne’s performance was amazing and though he doesn’t love opera, the song that Emanne sang was the song he happens to work out to. And since Emanne is a BTS fan, “So somebody who’s a BTS fan singing that kind of music that you span the entire gambit for talent. I love you.”
Gabrielle Union said, “We love you so much. Your voice is literal perfection. If an angel like drop down to earth today, she would sound like you. You are an actual angel on this earth and such a blessing to us all, and such a loving, kind young woman in real life. I love you.”
