When Tayshia Adams (age 28) encouraged John Paul Jones (age 24) to go on a date with other women, JPJ dated Tahzjuan Hawkins (age 25) and Haley Ferguson (age 26).
JPJ and Tahzjuan had dinner and a late-night swim.
After some coffee and a nap, JPJ then goes on a date with Haley.
Tahzjuan half faints from dehydration because of the heat, adding to the fact that she saw JPJ walk away with Haley. She then asks for some guacamole from the medical team.
In another scene, Tahzjuan asks whether JPJ and Haley kissed and she jokes that she thought of spitting on Haley’s wine. Haley walks away as JPJ sorted things out with Tahzjuan. He ended their talk with a toast and said, “I’m physically and emotionally drained right now.”
Meawhile, Tayshia thinks Derek should start dating again after his breakup with Demi. He later tells Tayshia that she’s “so pretty.”
As to Nicole and Clay, they took their relationship to another level, and they finally did it.
Caelynn and Dean have a serious conversation about their future. Dean admits he sucks at dating. Caelynn said, “This just feels like it’s gonna stop after Paradise”. Dean agrees and says, ” I think you would just be miserable as my girlfriend.”
The Rose Ceremony
Host Chris Harrison changes the rules and lets Demi hand out the first rose of the evening, which she gave to her girlfriend, Kristian.
Dylan gives his rose to Hannah, Clay to Nicole, Mike to Sydney. Dean gives his rose to Caelynn despite his non-committal stance earlier, while Blake gives his rose to Kristina.
One of the surprises of the evening is when Derek gives his rose to Tayshia and a bitter JPJ gives his rose to Haley. Last to give out a rose is Chris, who gives his rose to Katie.
Eliminated from Bachelor in Paradise were Caitlyn Clemmens, Jennifer Saviano, and Tahzjuan Hawkins.
