Tyler Butler-Figueroa, the 11-year-old violinist from Raleigh, North Carolina, performed “Don’t You Worry Child” at the quarterfinals round of America’s Got Talent 2019 (Season 14).
“Don’t You Worry Child” is a song by the group Swedish House Mafia featuring vocals from Swedish singer John Martin.
Tyler received a standing ovation from the live audience at the Dolby Theatre, and from judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough, and Gabrielle Union. The judges praised Tyler for his performance and for being a great and inspiring human being. Simon hopes Tyler goes up to the finals and make an incredible record with a DJ after that.
Tyler, who’s a cancer survivor (leukemia) and a victim of bullying, received the Golden Buzzer from Simon Cowell during his audition. [See: Tyler Butler AGT 2019 audition]
