The acrobatic trio Messoudi Brothers performed an extreme hand balancing act during Week 1 of the quarterfinals of America’s Got Talent 2019 (Season 14).
Despite a bad fall during rehearsal which left one of the brothers injured, the Australian-born Messoudi siblings did not pull back. Instead, they upped their game by performing one part of their routine blindfolded, and in the final part, they did a difficult balancing act at about 20 feet above the stage.
Though judges Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough, and Gabrielle Union praised the Messoudi brothers for their intense performance, judge Simon Cowell did not find the act to be dangerous enough. Simon said he wanted something bigger in the end.
