Magician Eric Chien (age 26) shocks everyone with his chocolate and Rubik’s Cube Magic at the quarterfinals round of America’s Got Talent 2019 (Season 14).
Eric Chien, who’s the winner of Asia’s Got Talent 2019 (Season 3), changed the chocolates to Rubik’s cubes and vice versa.
For his performance, Eric Chien got a standing ovation from the live audience at Dolby Theatre and from AGT judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough, and Gabrielle Union.
Howie Mandel said Eric Chien’s act was truly unique and said he deserves the American vote.
Gabrielle Union said that Eric Chien, from the words of his competitors, is literally “one of the best magicians in the world” and did not disappoint. She said that Eric raised the level of the entire competition.
Simon Cowell said he is getting little bit bored of the close up magic, and even if Eric Chien had an amazing technical talent, it didn’t well him.
Julianne Hough, who was invitied onstage by Eric Chien to witness his performance up close, said that she doesn’t know how Eric Chien did his magic trick, and that it was unbelievable.
