Over a single night, a tribe of cats called the Jellicles must make “the Jellicle choice” and decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new Jellicle life.
Cats is a musical fantasy comedy-drama movie based on the musical of the same name, which in turn was based on “Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats” by T. S. Eliot. It is directed by Tom Hooper, choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, and executive produced by Steven Spielberg.
