A mysterious force decimates the population and only one thing is known about it – If you see it, you die.
The survivors must avoid setting eyes on an entity which seems to take the form of their worst fears.
One of the survivors is a woman named Malorie (Sandra Bullock), who embarks on a journey with her two children in search of one place that offers sanctuary.
In order to reach their destination, Malorie and her children have to complete the trip blindfolded, to avoid the evil that chases them endlessly.
This Netflix movie is based on the 2014 post-apocalyptic novel of the same title, which is the debut work of Josh Malerman.
