X-Men is an American superhero film series based on the fictional superhero team, “X-Men”. They originally appeared in a series of comic books created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and published by Marvel Comics. But in 1994, 20th Century Fox obtained the movie rights to X-Men. [ref]
On July 27, 2018, Disney and 21st Century Fox shareholders approved the merger between the two companies. The merger’s completions should be in the first half of 2019. [ref]
